Petition to vacate arbitrator partial remaining award. Petitioners Mahender Makhijani; Continuum Analytics, Inc. ("Continuum"); MOM AS Trader Team LLC; MOM BS Trader Group LLC; Mother CA Investor Group LLC; Mother AS Supervisor LLC; Mother BS Manager LLC; and Mother CA Manager LLC (collectively, "Petitioners") ask for an order concern to vacate teh Partial Locate Award in its entirety given that the Arbitrator (1) unsuccessful to deliver adequate disclosures; (two) exceeded the scope of his powers; (3) refused to permit discovery in the Honarkar Events' monetary documents (Regardless of Petitioners' assert of economic mismanagement); and (four) exercised juridiction in excess of here Makhijani, who is not a celebration to any arbitration agreement that may convey him beneath this Arbitrator's jurisdiction.
